A customized case plan is developed to best meet the needs of the patient as well as to protect the risk of our clients.  Our Utilization Management program is the initial portal of entry for a potential catastrophic claim.   Our automated trigger diagnosis system allows our staff the ability to identify patients that would benefit from care management services early on during an episode of care.  The care manager monitors and intervenes when appropriate throughout the coarse of the case.  The interventions include (but are not limited to) evaluating the medical appropriateness of treatment being provided to the patient and providing financial analysis of the case.
